My love of contemporary art began while my studies of history of art. After finishing my thesis followed 20 years as historian of arts at the Centre of International Light Art in Unna (Germany).  

Since 1990 more than 50 journeys through the Maghreb lead me through an intense dispute with the Maghrebian culture. With great passion and 

tension I follow the actual  uprising of the Arabian art, which finds a dialogue with oriental and occidental influence  and the situation of society in numerous individual ways.
